Getting started
Forely can't see my calendars or reminders
Go to iOS Settings → Apps → Forely and set Calendars and Reminders to Full Access. Then, in Forely, open Settings → Calendars & Reminders and check that the calendars and lists you want are selected.
What is the "Forely" calendar?
When you schedule a task, Forely creates a time block as an event in a "Forely" calendar, so it shows up in Apple Calendar on all your devices. Deleting a block in Forely removes that event. The task itself stays in Reminders.
Forely Pro
Restore a purchase
Go to Settings → Forely Pro → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.
Cancel or manage a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Forely. Cancelling stops renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Siri, widgets and controls
Adding with Siri
Say "Forely add", wait for Siri to ask what to add, then say it, for example "lunch with Sam tomorrow at 12:30". If you say it all in one sentence, Siri may send it to the Calendar app instead.
Widgets and Control Center
Widgets: long-press the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Forely.
Control Center: open Control Center → + → Add a Control → search "Forely".
If a widget looks out of date after an update, remove it and add it again.
Notifications and weather
I'm not getting Forely heads-ups
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → Forely. If an event already has an alert in Apple Calendar, Forely doesn't add its own unless you choose "Forely heads-up" or "Both" in that event's editor.
Weather isn't showing
Turn it on in Settings → Weather and allow approximate location, or enter a city. For an outdoor event somewhere else, add its address or city in the event editor.
AI
Which AI does Forely use?
Apple Intelligence, which runs on your iPhone. Your text and schedule are never sent to us or to any third-party AI service. See the Privacy Policy.
Apple Intelligence isn't available
Apple Intelligence needs a supported iPhone and has to be turned on in iOS Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri. Without it, Forely uses its built-in on-device parsing.
iCloud sync
Forely syncs its own settings, prep-task links and outdoor flags through your private iCloud. Your calendars and reminders sync through Apple, as always. If sync looks stuck, go to Settings → iCloud Sync → Sync now, and check that you're signed in to iCloud.
